Roshan Bora
Founder | A Visionary Entrepreneur
Born in a small village in Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar) district, Maharashtra, Roshan Bora laid the foundation for what would grow into a precision manufacturing enterprise. A graduate in Metallurgical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune (COEP), he also pursued a Diploma in Business Management (DBM).
With professional experience across diverse industries, including foundry and packaging, he developed a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial requirements. Driven by entrepreneurial vision and a commitment to manufacturing excellence, he began his journey with a small DMC moulding machine, laying the groundwork for Mould Tech’s future growth.
His entrepreneurial spirit and pioneering efforts continue to inspire the organisation. He passed away in 2009, leaving behind a legacy of determination, innovation, and enterprise.
Sujata Bora
Founder | A Visionary Entrepreneur
A graduate of Pune University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Sujata Bora played an important role during the formative years of Mould Tech. She was actively involved in overseeing plant operations in the company’s early stages, contributing to the establishment and smooth functioning of its manufacturing activities.
Her involvement during this foundational period was an integral part of the company’s early journey and development.
Gulshan Bora
Engineering Excellence | Business Leadership
A graduate in Production Engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune (COEP), Gulshan Bora combines a strong technical foundation with industry experience and a commitment to continuous business development.
He completed in-plant training at Tata Motors’ vehicle manufacturing facility and subsequently worked with Cummins India Ltd. for one year, gaining valuable exposure to established industrial practices and manufacturing operations.
Further strengthening his business and entrepreneurial capabilities, he was selected for the second batch of the Management Programme for Entrepreneurs and Family Business at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore).
His background in engineering, industry experience, and management education contributes to Mould Tech’s continued focus on manufacturing excellence, operational development, and sustainable business growth.
